The Restaurant and Business Academy is comprised of staff and students in four major areas of study, which are co-mingled with the traditional high school courses in a comprehensive high school setting. A vice principal oversees all aspects of the academy with the assistance of an academy chairperson, secretary, and a full complement of highly qualified teachers and support staff members.
A major focus of the R&B Academy is to provide Career and Technical Education Programs and Programs of Study leading to national certifications and college credit in culinary, baking, marketing, and finance.
