Baking
In this course sequence, students will learn introductory Baking skills and complete the ServSafe program in the first year, then in years two and three learn bakery operations, run the in-school bakery, and continue to increase recipe knowledge and baking skills. Students will prepare for entry-level employment and prepare for continued studies in the baking field.
